Canadiens Assign Grabovski To AHL

Press Release - Montreal Canadiens General Manager Bob Gainey announced today that centreman Mikhail Grabovski has been assigned to the Hamilton Bulldogs of the American Hockey League.

Grabovski, 22, a native of Potsdam, East Germany, was recalled by the Canadiens on Friday January 5 and took part in three games with the team, collecting no point. He totaled five shots on goal. He played his first NHL game on Saturday January 6 against the New York Rangers, at the Bell Centre. [READ]
