Calgary Signs Kevin Lalande

Press Release - Calgary Flames General Manager Darryl Sutter announced today the signing of goaltender Kevin Lalande. As per club policy, terms and conditions of the deal were not disclosed.

Lalande is playing in his 4th season with the Bellville Bulls of the Ontario Hockey League. He is currently tied for 3rd in shutouts (2), 5th in wins (17), 6th in goals against average (3.04), and 7th in save percentage (0.917) amongst OHL goalies.

The native of Kingston, ON, was drafted in the 5th round (158th overall) of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft by the Calgary Flames. [READ]
