Rangers Could Ship Zherdev Out Of Town

Newsday - An arbitrator awarded right wing Nik Zherdev a $3.9 million deal on Sunday, but the Rangers could look to move him.

New York has 48 hours to respond to the arbitrator's decision.

If the Rangers walk away from the deal, Zherdev can declare himself an unrestricted free agent.
