Injured Washington guard Gilbert Arenas is ahead of schedule and reportedly defeated teammate Nick Young in a game of one-on-one within the last week.

"He was so embarrassed," Arenas said, adding that, "I broke the mess out on him."

Arenas has also been shooting around at the end of recent practices and last week jumped and nearly dunked the ball three or four times.
