Tkachuk Gets 1,000th Point In Blues Win

NHL.com - Center Keith Tkachuk scored the 1,000th point of his NHL career on Sunday night in the Blues' 4-2 win over the Thrashers.

"It was exciting to celebrate and have the guys come out on the ice. Just the way the guys reacted was pretty cool," Tkachuk said. "I was in the right place at the right time."

Tkachuk scored in the second to tie the game at 2-2.

In his 17th NHL season, he has 511 goals and 489 assists in 1,077 games. [READ]
