Jackets Release Matvichuk, Send LaCosta To AHL Syracuse

Press Release - The Columbus Blue Jackets have assigned goaltender Dan LaCosta to the Syracuse Crunch, the club?s American Hockey League affiliate, and released defenseman Richard Matvichuk from his tryout contract, General Manager Scott Howson announced today. The training camp roster currently stands at 30 players, including injured forward Raffi Torres and goaltender Steve Mason.
