Jackets Assign Four Players To AHL, Release Four Players

Press Release - The Columbus Blue Jackets made their third roster moves of training camp today, assigning four players to the Syracuse Crunch, the club?s American Hockey League affiliate, and releasing four others from their tryout contracts, General Manager Scott Howson announced. The current training camp roster consists of 40 players.

The four players assigned to Syracuse: forward Steve Kelly (pending waivers) and defensemen Nick Holden, Jonathan Sigalet, and Kyle Wharton.

In addition, the club released forwards Devin DiDiomete, Trevor Frischmon, Jon Mirasty, and Blair Yaworski. [READ]
