Jackets Make Additional Roster Moves

Press Release - The Columbus Blue Jackets have made their second roster moves of training camp today, assigning seven players to the Syracuse Crunch, the club?s American Hockey League affiliate, and releasing five others from their tryout contracts, General Manager Scott Howson announced. The current training camp roster consists of 48 players.

Here are the seven players assigned to Syracuse: forwards Brian McGuirk, Petr Pohl, Kirill Starkov, John Vigilante and defensemen Trevor Hendrikx, Jon Landry, and Dan Smith.

In addition, the club released forwards Erik Felde, Ryan Garlock, John Hughes, Shane Willis, and goaltender Ryan Mior. [READ]
