| 15th August, 2008 - 5:41 pm |  ESPN - The Tampa Bay Lightning will play an exhibition game against Slovakia's HC Slovan before opening the regular season against the New York Rangers in Prague, according to The Associated Press.
The Sept. 30 contest in Bratislava will be the first NHL exhibition game played in Slovakia.
