Rangers' Staal Scores Game-Winner

AP - Rookie defenseman Marc Staal pushed the Rangers within a win of the second round with a good old slap shot on Wednesday night.

Just three days after a puck clipped his skate and went in for the Devils winning goal in overtime of Game 3, Staal snapped a tie with 3:13 left to give the Rangers a 5-3 victory over the New Jersey and a 3-1 series lead, as reported by the Associated Press. [READ]
