Lidstrom Records Two Points In Return

The Detroit News - Nicklas Lidstrom, who missed six games for the Red Wings with a knee injury, returned on Sunday night and recorded two points in a victory, according to the Detroit News.

"It felt great to be back again," Lidstrom said. "I got a lot of ice time early with our power plays. It helped me to be able to hang on to the puck more and make plays.:

"The knee held up good. I felt comfortable out there battling in the corners and pushing in front of the net. I don't anticipate any problems with swelling or anything like that." [READ]
