Penguins' Hossa To Miss A Week With Knee Injury

AP - Marian Hossa was happy to learn that his sprained knee will keep him from skating with his new teammates for only about a week, according to an Associated Press report.

Hossa injured his right knee against the Bruins on Thursday night, just 13 shifts into his debut with the Penguins.

?It?s bad news, but it?s also good news because I didn?t know what to expect and it?s a first-degree MCL (medial collateral ligament), and it should be better within hopefully a week,? Hossa said Friday. [READ]
