Suffering from foot and ankle injuries that hindered him in last year, Forsberg has been rehabilitating in his native Sweden. While rumors swirled as to which team he would sign with as a free agent, the former Hart Trophy winner recently had hinted he was not at full strength and may opt to sit out the entire NHL season.
