ESPN News - The Red Wings halted a six-game winless streak, Chris Osgood got his confidence back, and the team was still in a sour mood, according to an ESPN News report.

The league-leading Red Wings were steaming over a hit that left Nicklas Lidstrom with a knee injury after a 4-0 win over the Avalanche on Monday night.
