Kings Activate Cammalleri Off IR

RealGM Staff Report - The Los Angeles Kings have activated forward Michael Cammalleri from the injured reserve list, King's President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced today.

Cammalleri, 25, has missed the last 17 Kings games due to a rib injury. He has played in 36 games this season and has 29 points (15-14=29). His 15 goals rank third on the team, 29 points rank fifth, and nine power play goals rank second (tied with Anze Kopitar). The 5-9, 185-pound native of Richmond Hill, Ontario, was originally selected by the Kings in the second-round (49th overall) in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft. He has played in 256 career regular season NHL games ? all with the Kings ? and has 187 points (89-98=187). [READ]
