Red Wings' Datsyuk Named "First Star"

Yahoo.com - After leading the league in scoring this past week, Red Wings center Pavel Datsyuk was named the NHL's "First Star of the Week" on Monday, as reported by Yahoo.com.

Also honored were Stars goaltender Marty Turco and Rangers center Chris Drury.

Datsyuk scored seven points - one goal and six assists - to help the Red Wings post three consecutive victories and extend their lead in the league's overall standings to 16 points. [READ]
