Crosby Will Miss Up To 8 Weeks

RealGM Staff Report - Penguins team officials told ESPN early Tuesday that star Sidney Crosby could miss up to eight weeks with a high-ankle sprain.

Doctors confirmed that the injury was a high-ankle sprain, the type of injury usually requires at least a month to heal.

The Penguins placed Crosby on the IR, retroactive to last Friday. [READ]
