Kings Assign Harrold To AHL Manchester

RealGM Staff Report - The Los Angeles Kings have assigned defenseman Peter Harrold to the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League (AHL), Kings' President/General Manager Dean Lombardi today announced.

Harrold, 24, has played in 39 games with the Monarchs this season and has recorded 38 points (7-31=38). He was recalled by the Kings on Monday and did not appear in a game with the club. A 5-11, 195-pound native of Kirtland Hills, Ohio, Harrold has played in 12 career NHL games ? all with the Kings ? and has two points (both assists). He was originally signed by the Kings as an unrestricted free agent on April 12, 2006. [READ]
