Report: Wild To Be Sold

Yahoo.com - Wild majority owner Bob Naegele is expected to announce that he is selling his interest in the team, according to published report Thursday.

The Wild have scheduled a news conference for 12:30 P.M. local time.

The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported that indications are that Naegele has been considering selling the team.

According to the report, Naegele has been discussing the sale of the team with Craig Leipold, a Wisconsin native who recently sold the Predators for $193 million in November. [READ]
