The 29-year-old left wing cleared NHL waivers Monday and will likely be sent to the minors, according to the Chicago-Sun Times.
Samsonov, who was acquired in an offseason trade with the Canadiens, has failed to score a goal in 23 games this season. He has just four assists and a minus-seven rating. [READ] |
