Bryzgalov Earns Shutout In Debut With Coyotes

Yahoo.com - Former Russian national team goalie Ilya Bryzgalov backstopped the Coyotes to a shutout victory over the Kings just hours after being claimed off waivers from the Ducks Saturday.

Bryzgalov, who helped Anaheim win the Stanley Cup last season, stopped all 27 shots as the Coyotes edged the Kings 1-0 at the Glendale Arena.

The 27-year old Bryzgalov wasted no time getting on the good side of his new teammates and Coyotes' Coach Wayne Gretzky. [READ]
