Veteran defenseman Teppo Numminen has a cardiac condition that requires surgery, the Buffalo News reported on its web site Thursday.
Numminen, who turned 39 in July, found out about his condition during a physical prior to training camp, the report stated. The team's camp is set to open on Friday. [READ] |
