Rangers Promote Schoenfeld To Assistant GM

AP - Jim Schoenfeld was promoted by the Rangers on Monday to assistant GM, replacing Don Maloney, who became GM of the Coyotes last month.

Schoenfeld will remain as GM of the Hartford Wolf Pack, the Rangers' AHL affiliate, a position he has held for four seasons. He will be the assistant GM of player personnel, while Cameron Hope will serve as assistant GM of hockey administration. [READ]
