Kings Sign Parse

RealGM Staff Report - The Los Angeles Kings have signed forward Scott Parse to a two-year entry level contract, Kings President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced today.

Parse, 22, played in 40 games this past season for the University of Nebraska-Omaha (UNO) and had a team-leading 52 points ? including a career high 24 goals -- and 36 penalty minutes. He also this past season played in 10 regular season games with Grand Rapids of the American Hockey League, where he recorded seven points (2-5=7) and six penalty minutes, and in seven playoff games with the Griffins, where he recorded one point (a goal) and eight penalty minutes.
