Buffalo appeared to tie the score in the closing seconds of Tuesday's 2-1 loss to the Rangers on a shot by Daniel Briere that the Sabres thought was a goal but replay review ruled was inconclusive, allowing the series to be knotted at two games apiece.
The Sabres, who led the NHL in goals during the regular season, now come back to Western New York after mustering just two goals in a pair of road games. [READ] |
