Newsday - Darius Kasparaitis may have played his last game as a Ranger.

Kasparaitis, who was briefly hospitalized for shortness of breath after practice last week with the AHL Hartford Wolf Pack, was given an indefinite leave of absence from the team yesterday. The 34-year-old defenseman and former Islander, who has been rehabbing from offseason abdominal surgery, left the ice and was on the bench sobbing and being consoled by coaches. [READ]
