Columbus Recalls Konopka

Press Release - The Columbus Blue Jackets have added forward Zenon Konopka to the roster on emergency recall from the Syracuse Crunch, Columbus' American Hockey League affiliate, club President and General Manager Doug MacLean announced today.

Konopka, 26, registered 20 penalty minutes in three games with Columbus after being acquired in a trade from Anaheim on January 26. He has 13-26-39 with 123 penalty minutes and is +20 in 48 AHL games this season with the Crunch and Portland Pirates. In 272 career AHL games, he has collected 77-134-211 with 828 penalty minutes and is +54. [READ]
