The seventeenth in a series of 30 articles, we will go through the history of every NHL franchise alphabetically and select an All-Time Roster for each. All stats as of October 6, 2011.

Nashville Predators (1998-Present)

Nashville isn't a financially strong team, but one that is successful because of its consistency; GM David Poile and coach Barry Trotz have been in their respective positions since the franchise's first year. The Predators won their first ever playoff series last year, and have always been competitive despite a lack of star forwards, based on their strong defensive play year after year.

First Team

W: Steve Sullivan (2003-11): 2nd in plus/minus (+34), 4th most points (263 in 317 games), 2nd most power play goals (37); 31 goals in 2005-06 are second-best single-season total in franchise history.

Second Team
