Just when the Ottawa Senators look as if they're done, they find a way to keep going. 

Facing elimination, they did it once again in beating the Pittsburgh Penguins 2-1 to force a Game 7 in the Eastern Conference finals, this time wiping out an early deficit to push the Penguins to their second elimination game of the postseason.

The Penguins will start Matt Murray in goal for Game 4 against the Senators on Friday, coach Mike Sullivan announced.

Marc-Andre Fleury had started every playoff game for the Penguins after Murray was injured in warmups prior to Game 1 of the first round against the Blue Jackets. For most of the Penguins' run, he's been one of their best players, compiling a .924 save percentage in 15 games.

Senators owner Eugene Melnyk is not happy with Penguins star Sidney Crosby, saying the two-time league MVP should be suspended "for a long time" as a result of a serious finger injury to Senators defenseman Marc Methot.

"We all know who he is. The guy is just beyond belief," Melnyk told TSN 1200 radio in Ottawa on Friday. "You do this kind of stuff, I don't care who you are in the league, I don't care if you're the No. 1 player in the league, you need to sit out a long time for this kind of crap."

Almost 100 years after Montreal and Ottawa played on the NHL's first day of action, the Canadiens and Senators will celebrate the league's centennial with an outdoor game.

The league announced Friday that the Habs and Senators will play outdoors Dec. 16 at TD Place Stadium, home to the Canadian Football League champion Ottawa Redblacks. The Canadiens beat the Senators 7-4. on Dec. 19, 1917, when the NHL began play.
