Deslauiers Re-Signs With Edmonton
The Oilers re-signed goalie Jeff Deslauriers on Saturday, agreeing to a one-year deal, according to an Associated Press report.
Deslauriers was 16-28-4 last season with a 3.26 goals-against average and .901 save percentage, seeing extensive time after Nikolai Khabibulin injured his back.

An arbitrator set Blackhawks goaltender Antti Niemi's salary at $2.75M on Saturday, according to a source.
The Hawks have a 48-hour window to make a decision. They can walk away and make Niemi an unrestricted free agent immediately, or accept the decision and sign Niemi at that salary for one season. The Hawks could also accept the decision, sign and then trade Niemi.
Setoguchi Signs One-Year Deal With San Jose
The Sharks have re-signed restricted free agent forward Devin Setoguchi to a one-year contract, according to an Associated Press report.
The team announced the deal with the 23-year-old Setoguchi on Saturday.
Ducks Send Wisniewski To Isles For Draft Pick
The Ducks announced today that the club has acquired a third-round selection in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft from the Islanders in exchange for defenseman James Wisniewski. Earlier today, Wisniewski signed a one-year contract through the 2010-11 NHL season. Per club policy, no terms of the deal were disclosed.
Wisniewski appeared in 69 games for the Ducks last season, collecting 3-27=30 points with 56 penalty minutes. Acquired from Chicago with Petri Kontiola in exchange for Samuel Pahlsson, Logan Stephenson and a conditional selection in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft on Mar. 4, 2009,
Wisniewski has played five NHL seasons with the Ducks and Blackhawks. In 254 career NHL games, the 5-11, 205-pound blueliner has scored 17-80=97 points with a +19 rating and 264 PIM.
Flames Avoid Arbitration With Ian White
The Flames avoided arbitration with Ian White by signing the defenseman to a one-year deal on Friday, according to an ESPN.com report.
White had 38 points (13 goals, 25 assists) last season with the Flames and Maple Leafs.
Bruins Sign Blake Wheeler
The Bruins didn't take long to accept Blake Wheeler's arbitration award of a one-year deal worth $2.2M, signing the winger less than 24 hours after the decision was handed down in Toronto Thursday night.
On Friday, in a news release, GM Peter Chiarelli said he was happy to have Wheeler on board for the coming season and glad to have more youth in the lineup.

Moore has played in 374 career NHL games with the Rangers, Penguins, Wild, Maple Leafs, Sabres, Panthers and Canadiens. He has amassed 45 goals, nine power-play goals, three shorthanded goals, three game-winning goals, 128 points and 243 penalty minutes.
Moore has also played in 23 career Stanley Cup Playoff games with New York and Montreal.
Despite Stanley Cup Win, Blackhawks Not Profitable
Despite finishing with a Stanley Cup win, capacity attendance and records in terms of sponsorship and merchandise revenues, the Blackhawks were unable to turn a profit for the 09-10 season.
Season ticket prices will increase by an average of 20 percent this fall, which is projected to rocket them from the second-cheapest in the National Hockey League three seasons ago to among the 10 most expensive, according to the team.
Owner Rocky Wirtz first revealed that the team was not profitable in private. "It's going to take four (or) five years before we can actually get back in the black," Wirtz said at an April 19 forum at the Economic Club of Chicago, according to a transcript. "And right now we're still supporting the Blackhawks with our other Wirtz organizations."
