The top stories from this week in hockey.. Todd McLellan of the San Jose Sharks and Claude Julien of the Boston Bruins will be the bench bosses for this year's NHL All-Star Game in Montreal. McLellan has led the Sharks to the best record in the West while Julien and the Bruins have a comfortable nine point lead in the Eastern Conference. Corey Perry's four-game elbowing suspension cost the Anaheim Ducks forward a hefty $114,516.12. Jarkko Ruutu was docked $31,707.32 for biting Andrew Peters' hand. The incident also cost Ruutu a two-game suspension. Mikhail Grabovski has to forfeit $31,096.56 for his three-game ban for pushing an official during an on ice altercation. All suspension money goes to the Players' Emergency Assistance Fund. The New York Rangers' power play continues to struggle this season. The Rangers have a dismal 13.9% success rate with the man advantage and have given up a league high 13 short-handed goals. A Fox Trax Glow Puck sold on EBAY for $576 this past week. The NHL and FOX used the specialized electronic puck from 1996 to 1998. The Glow Puck has become one of the most sought after sports memorabilia collectibles. Brendan Shanahan is back in the NHL. The veteran forward has agreed to join the Devils sometime this week. It will be a homecoming for Shanahan, who was drafted by the Devils with the second pick in the 1987 draft. Shanahan played for the Devils from 1987 to 1991. Alex Ovechkin continues to assault goalies with shots. The Russian sniper has 265 shots so far this season.
