The NHL season is less than two weeks away, so what better time than now to play out the entire schedule? Thanks to our friends at 2K Sports, the makers of NHL 2K9, we were able to simulate the 2008-09 NHL campaign to help us predict what things will look like on the ice next June. We used a copy of 2K Sports? NHL 2K9 to simulate the season multiple times. The results, listed below, were the most common outcome. If the planets align properly, it looks like the Stanley Cup will be moving from the streets of Detroit to the sunshine of Tampa Bay.
